ReplyDeleteDavid Letterman in the Ed Sullivan theatre. I am old enough to remember watching the Rolling Stones and the Beatles on Ed Sullivan! Another child of the 50's and 60's!
ReplyDeleteYup, David Letterman is in the old Ed Sullivan Theater. Macca performed on top of the marquee outside this past spring. Pretty cool!

The Rolling Stones, The Beatles who had a "really big shoe" on the Ed Sullivan show which is where David Letterman has his "shoe" now.
ReplyDeleteOh I remember seeing the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show (now where David Letterman hosts). The older I get, the more appreciation I have for the Rolling stones too!

ReplyDeleteI was a total Beatles fan--I've only owned one Rolling Stones album. I know David Letterman is in the same studio were The Ed Sullivan Show was filmed--I hear it's very cold in there!
